The NHPG welcomes all to membership. Dues, in the amount voted at the annual meeting (held in April), are payable in advance in January and are prorated for new members.

The Board of Directors, consists of the officers and not more than six Guild members appointed by the President. Officers serve for two years or until election of their successors. Appointed directors serve for one year with their term expiring at the end of the Annual Meeting.

Should a director be unable to complete the term of service, the remaining members of the Board of Directors may vote to fill the vacancy with an appointee who serves until the Annual Meeting.

The Board of Directors has full authority to plan and organize the activities and affairs of the NHPG, subject to the instructions
of the General Membership.

At least once annually, the Board of Directors shall meet to facilitate planning for the Guild.
